Position paper 2023
CCUS Norway was established in June 2021. By the end of 2022 we were 45 members, and our ambition is to grow to +70 members by the end of 2023. Our success so far is a clear indication of the need for a non-commercial and scientific member organization that covers the complete value-chain of CCUS.
CCUS Norway applauds the growing commercial interest in CCUS and believes that the best chance for saving our climate will be by environmental actions that also gives profit in the long run. Our views and suggestions on what’s needed in order to build robust and profitable business models are presented in the brand-new position paper.
-Together we will bring the important message of CCUS to a broader public and push for the needed conditions to scale up fast. We are on a mission to help the world and climate to recover. Nothing less.
