Statkraft Varme, Forus Energigjenvinning, BIR, Returkraft and Hafslund Oslo Celcio are Norwegian waste incineration plants that all have activities related to the capture, storage and/or utilization of CO2 (CCUS) - with many of the same challenges.

They have partnered in KAN - Climate cure for Waste Incineration in Norway, with the aim of contributing to increased information sharing and better solutions around CCUS for the waste industry. Today they launched the handbook: CCS for waste incineration.
